Exterior Waterproofing
This project consisted of extensive concrete restoration at the hand rails stations, epoxy injection at balconies and breezeways. The project also consisted of applying elastomeric coating to the exterior of the building, restoring all rot iron fences and balcony rail systems, and urethane deck coating to provide a waterproof surface to protect the concrete at unit balconies and exterior breezeways. In order to be able to properly apply the elastomeric wall coating and the Urethane deck coating to balconies and breezeways CW&R Inc had to perform extensive preparation work such as carpet removal, paint stripping on unit balconies to remove many layers of existing paint, pressure washing and scraping of high quantities of loose and flaking existing paint.
