Jackson Way Baptist in Huntsville, AL had been leaking for over ten years. There are several additions to the building that do not have the proper waterproofing details in place. The owner was trying to stop the leaks by patching the roof. After our water tests we determined that the water penetration was due to inadequate flashing and a very porous masonry wall.  The repair consisted of removing and replacing the existing sealants at all window perimeters and flashing details.   We also installed a high build elastomeric coating system to the vertical masonry wall to eliminate water penetration.
