Project contracted with Morris Piha Real Estate Services

 

Scope of work:  Clean and seal masonry, extensive wood window restoration and painting, perimter caulking  and pane glazing, bulk head rebuild.

 

We looked at this project with the owner and developed a plan to save them money by restoring the building so the windows did not have to be replaced. We specified a complete restoration system for the wood window systems and submitted our plan to the Pioneer Square Historical Society and got approval the first time.
